Privacy policy
OVED uses your training data to run the coaching product.
OVED is beta strength-training software. We collect account information, workout history, templates, exercise settings, bodyweight/unit preferences, Strong CSV import metadata, product telemetry, and support details you choose to send so the app can log workouts, generate prescriptions, review sessions, and recover from beta issues.
How data is used
Training records are used to preserve workout history, build future prescriptions, explain reviews, show progress, and support debugging. Imported Strong CSV files are parsed for your account only; import metadata such as file hashes and source workout identifiers may be kept to prevent duplicates and audit historical records.
Telemetry and support
Product telemetry is limited to beta trust, friction, import, and reliability events. It is not used to rewrite workout history or change past prescriptions. Support requests should avoid unnecessary medical details, raw CSV rows, secrets, or full workout exports unless support specifically asks for a temporary troubleshooting file. In-product beta feedback may include the short message you choose to submit, its category, your authenticated account, the app surface, and bounded build or screen context.
Product analytics and session replay
OVED is introducing PostHog for product analytics (understanding which parts of onboarding, logging, and coaching flows are used or cause friction) and Microsoft Clarity on the marketing site for session replay and heatmaps. Where PostHog session replay is enabled for beta testers, it masks text inputs, free-text fields such as notes and feedback, and personal or profile information by default, and it will not be turned on for a beta cohort without a clear in-app notice beforehand. These tools receive bounded product-usage events and, where enabled, masked interface recordings — never full workout history, prescription snapshots, or review content. OVED's own workout, prescription, and review records remain the authoritative evidence for coaching decisions; analytics tooling never overrides or supplements that evidence.
Data control
Workout history is retained while your account is active because it is the evidence Iron Coach uses for prescriptions and reviews. Self-service account deletion and full account data export are not yet available during beta; requests are handled through support until those product controls are implemented. Backups may retain deleted records temporarily until backup expiry.

OVED is not a medical service and should not receive urgent medical information. See the Health disclaimer for training and medical-safety limitations.
